🟥4 civilians were killed, 6 civilians were injured
A military junta airstrike on Yone Pin Kone village in Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, killed 4 civilians and injured 6 others, an official from the Wetlet Information Network told BBM.
On August 27, at around 5 pm, a jet fighter took off from Tada-U Airport and carried out four airstrikes near Yone Pin Kone village.
The airstrike by the military junta on Yone Pin Kone village killed three 40-year-old men and one 50-year-old woman, and injured 6 men and women.
“The bombing was carried out by the Tada-U Air Force. There were 4 dead bodies and 6 injuried people. There was also heavy artillery fire,”
an official from the Wetlet Information Network told BBM. The military junta also said that after the airstrike, the military junta battalions in Madaya city also fired howitzers and heavy artillery at the revolutionary positions.
