Battles in Bhamo, Kachin State have intensified again, with 7 army bodies found near the Three Mile School, according to military sources on the ground.

On September 24, the Revolutionary Forces attacked the military junta troops who were advancing to break through a road near the Three Mile School in Bhamo, and fierce fighting continued for two days.

First, the Revolutionary Forces fired heavy weapons at two bases of the military junta that had reached Three Mile School in Bhamo.

After that, the revolutionary forces attacked the bases and the military junta suffered casualties during the battle, and 7 military junta bodies and some ammunition were seized, a comrade told BBM.

“I don’t know if it was a group of road-breakers who were gathered near the Thone Mile village, so we hit them with heavy weapons first. As soon as we knew what to do, we succeeded in pulling them out. Most of them were dragged away, and it seems that they left behind the ones that couldn’t be pulled away at all,”

a comrade told BBM. In addition, it was also reported that the military junta may have suffered more than the (7) bodies found by the revolutionary forces during the battle, and the military junta also used airstrikes and drones to collect the bodies.

“There are two locations, I think they want the bodies, so the planes came and went,”

he added. The revolutionary forces are currently clearing the area around the Throne Mile village where the battle took place.

In addition, the military junta is working to build a communication line from the armored battalion in Bhamo to the 47th Infantry Division, then the medical corps, and support troops.

However, due to the attacks of the revolutionary forces, the military junta soldiers who are building this communication line are unable to advance further and are suffering many casualties, the comrade added.

“They are trying to build a road from the armored battalion to the 47th Infantry Division, the medical corps, and support troops, and they are breaking the communication line, and they are breaking the communication line, and they are not able to advance yet, and we are also holding back,”

the comrade added. Although the military junta’s propaganda channels have been talking about the military regaining control of Bhamo, daily battles are taking place on the areas, and the military junta is suffering, according to military sources.
