နိုင်နိုင် The AA and its joint forces have captured 5 military junta camps and 3 villages in Rakhine Yoma after more than 10-month operation, according to a report released by ISP Myanmar on December 1.
The AA and its joint forces have been carrying out offensives in Ayeyarwaddy, Magway, and Bago regions since early 2025.
During the 10-month operation, the AA and its joint forces have captured 5 military junta camps and 3 villages, and are moving towards 6 military bases in Bago region and 14 military bases in Magway region.
The 5 military junta camps captured and controlled by the AA and its joint forces include 2 military bases on the Ann-Padan road, 2 military camps on the Taung Goke-Padaung road and 1 military junta camp on the Gwa-Nga Thaing Chaung road.
Similarly, the villages occupied by the AA and allied forces are Pazi village in Ngape Township, Magway region, and Ma Kyi Zin village and Baw Mi village in Shwe Thaung Yan Township, Ayeyarwaddy region.
The AA and allied forces have been attacking Magway, Bago, and Ayeyarwaddy since January 2025, and in the third week of October last year, they were able to capture Point 666 Camp Hill, about 16 miles from Oke Shit Pin Town, Bago region(West).
There are 6 military junta’s defence industries in Oke Shit Pin Township, and 14 defence industries are located around 17 miles from Padan Township in Magway region, and the AA and allied forces are also attacking them.
There are 16 military junta defense industries on the west bank of the Ayeyarwaddy River in Magway region and Bago region.
The AA and allied forces are trying to gain a main station in Rakhine State and nearby areas, and the military junta has not yet regained control of the areas controlled by the AA, according to ISP Myanmar.
On the other hand, the military junta has taken advantage of the ceasefire in northern Shan to reinforce the military junta forces and increase air strikes on the areas controlled by the AA.
Therefore, the AA is carrying out not only conducting an offensive the military junta’s military expansion,but also attacking the junta on the Rakhine coast and handling for the controlled areas after recaptured, so it is not easy to capture the defence industries because of the difficulty the mentioned above, according to ISP Myanmar.
In Magway region and Bago region, where the AA and allied forces are attacking, there are 22 military junta’s defense industries, 16 of which are located on the western side of the Ayeyarwady River.
