In addition, on December 10, the revolutionary forces also arrested “Moe Aung”, a Pyu Saw Htee leader who is a military junta’s supporter from Chaung Paik village in Salay township, at a beer shop in the town.

Not only that, in recent days, U Kyaw Aye and U Khin Maung Naing, residents of Chauk Township, who were working with the military junta in the oil industry and self-employed businesses in Chauk Township and reporting on the revolutionary forces to the military junta, have also been killed by the revolutionary forces.

The military junta supporters who were killed by the revolutionary forces are actually those who are working with the military junta on the ground and are abusing and committing acts of terrorism the people. A local told BBM that security in Chauk Township has been tightened due to the elimination of four (4) military junta’s supporters in the past 10 days.

“In the city, the police conduct random checks with private cars, and then use Pyu Saw Htee who wear blue suits to open a gate on the way in and out of the city. It’s really scary.”

In addition, in Chauk Township, the military junta is also carrying out porters to homes and workplaces, and they are also regularly patrolling on three motorbikes on the streets, portering young people.

The local said that when patrolling by motorbike and portering, the military junta members wear military pants and mufti top, and cover their faces.

“They also recruited the porters. In Chauk township, the other day, they were recruiting the porters all around the town on three motorbikes with masks on their faces. Their uniforms were half frog and half fish. They were wearing a mafti (civvies) on top and a pair of khaki pants underneath. They were wearing masks on their faces. The one sitting on the back of the motorbike was holding a long gun wrapped in a cloth.”

It is reported that the junta soldiers, police and Pyu Saw Htee often recruited porters the youth in Chauk township, so there is a shortage of men in the township, and in some hard labor jobs, women are even being used instead.
