More than 6 civilians were killed and many were injured in military council bombing on Thantlang Township, Chin State, without any fighting, a local man told BBM.
Today, February 10, at around 12 noon, military junta bombed in Tlangkhua village, Thantlang Township by an A-5 Bomber Jet from the Tada-U Air Force without any military tension.
“There was no clash in the village, no revolutionary forces were stationed, and the military council bombed under normal circumstances. Six men were killed and many others were injured,” a local man from Thantlang Township told BBM.
Ral Iap, Thang Ceu, Sui Cung, Ngun Lian Thawng, Cung Cin Thawng, Biak Kung were killed, and many others were injured during the airstrike.
On January 23, an airstrike hit Khuahpo village, destroying a school and buildings.
The military council declared martial law in Mindat, Matupi, Paletwa, Kanpetlet, Tonzang, and Falam townships, including Thantlang.
The military council simultaneously bombed Mindat, Kanpetlet, and Matupi on February 8, killing three people, including a child, and injuring many others.
