Chairman Kyaw Win assumed the title of Pyu Saw Htee after the military junta coup, and when the military service law was enacted, he forcibly recruited people from his neighborhood.

In addition, he not only recruited young men from the Myoma ward(1) under his administration under the military service law, but also recruited them within the ward and sold them to other wards for military service, taking money from them.

Due to the forced recruitment in the ward, many young men from the ward were recruited within (2) years, and Chairman Kyaw Win was worried that his sons would join the military service, so he sent them to Thailand through illegal entry.

In addition, Chairman Kyaw Win has three sons named Aung Soe Moe, Thura Aung, Thant Zin Aung, and the one who was sent to Thailand from the illegal entry is the youngest, and he is the one who led the armed violence against the people and the recruitment of porters.

In addition, the other two sons are also Pyu Saw Htee, and they joined the military junta in the armed crimes in the neighborhood and the battles that took place around , according to Nyaung Lay Pin local.

“Pyu Saw Htee Kyaw Win has three sons, Aung Soe Moe, Thura Aung, and Thant Zin Aung. The two eldest have attended military training and have been at the forefront of battles around the city. A man who absconded on the illegal way to Thailand is a man who physically abused people and collected bribes. He does not want his sons to serve in the military.
