The Chin revolutionary forces believe that the five-vehicle convoy that has arrived is likely to reinforce the convoy trapped near Bar Lone village or to support military commissariat.

“Since they are coming in vehicles, they are probably reinforcing the convoy and ammunition. We don’t know where they are advancing, but they may be reinforcing the convoy trapped in Bar Lone village. The fighting could intensify,” a frontline military source told BBM.

The military situation between the military council and the Chin revolutionary forces along the route could intense.

The military council is trying to take full control of Kalay-Taingen road, which is a main route into northern Chin State.

Currently, the military junta troops are stationed in villages such as Hiangzing
village, Mualpi village, and Taingen village.
